3rd Party Domain Integrations

Coreum decentralized domains is enabled by the bidds decentralized domains smart contract, deployed on February 8, 2024. The contract has been fully audited and delivers an on-chain name resolver for the Coreum blockchain. As with any name service contract, the contract will need to be supported by third party applications utilizing the same blockchain in order for users to see and use their unique names on those applications. For this reason, the bidds team is actively lobbying with legacy cosmos wallets and builders on the Coreum network to make sure its users can make use of their unique names as much as possible. As of the launch of the naming service, the smart contract has only recently been deployed and the Coreum ecosystem is still very young. Many third party integrations are therefore yet to be implemented by those parties. This page will act as an ongoing journal to document the status of integration efforts.

Some larger dApps, such as various Cosmos wallets, may lack in time and resources to handle every integration request expediently and may take more pressure and patience from the bidds team to fulfill integration. If you, as a user, wishes the bidds naming service to be supported by a particular dApp, it will always help our efforts if you make a friendly support ticket with the dApp requesting their integration, showing their team that there is demand for the integration.
